Counter-Notice

If you believe that your removed content is not infringing or that you have the necessary rights to post it, you may send us a counter-notice containing the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature (including your full legal name).
2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which PrayerAbout.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.

If we receive a counter-notice, we may forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of infringement. Unless that party files a court action to restrain the alleged infringing activity, we may replace the removed content in 10-14 business days at our discretion.

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice can have legal consequences. You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees, if you knowingly misrepresent material or activity as infringing.
